Over the summer we have been proud to support a number of local businesses when attending the county, regional and agricultural shows in the area. Although it can seem daunting to attend a county or regional show it is simpler than you think. Chris and the team have been providing marquees to exhibitors at most of the county, regional and agricultural shows for years.
Here is Chris’ thoughts on planning a show stand.
Your marquee
Whether the show is in baking sunshine or it is tipping it down with rain, all of our show marquees are available in a wide range of sizes and styles to keep your customers and goods protected whatever the weather. All our marquees are customisable and can be adapted to include rooms for things such as staff, VIP’s, meetings or service areas. The choice is limitless.
In addition, we can also provide a wide selection of furniture, fixings and facilities. These include tables, chairs, lighting, heating and a comprehensive selection of decoration options. We can even provide generators and private loos.
Behind the scenes…
Behind the scenes, we will liaise with the show organisers on when to erect your marquee. This generally happens a few days before the show as marquees are one of the first signs the show is imminent! We will install any furniture and fixings and secure the tent with ties sides to keep everything safe.
… and after the show
Once the gates have closed and the crowds have left, all we ask is that you leave the marquee tidy and we’ll simply come and dismantle it when the organisers request. If the show has been wet (and they sometimes are…) don’t worry if the marquee is muddy, we always wash, dry and air everything before the next use.
What you need to know for booking
Often booking is as simple as often as “same again next year”, but if you are a new customer or attending a different show, just tell us the show or shows you are attending and the pitch numbers and we’ll do the rest leaving your time to organise more important things and enjoy the show.
